Lawanda Gray is the Co-Owner of House of Locs & Beauty Bar TX and the visionary behind the salon's commitment to healthy hair, exceptional customer service, and professionalism. With a passion for helping people feel confident and valued, she leads the overall client experience, ensuring every guest receives personalised care and is matched with the right stylist for their hair goals.

She is especially passionate about helping clients begin and maintain healthy hair journeys, with Microloc transformations being one of her favourite experiences to witness.

Outside the salon, Lawanda enjoys travelling, decorating, mentoring entrepreneurs, supporting veteran initiatives, and constantly dreaming up new ideas to enhance the client experience.
