With a background in podcasting, storytelling, entrepreneurship, and social media, she brings a creative and strategic eye to everything she captures — turning everyday salon moments into content that connects, inspires, and builds real brand visibility online.
Her journey into content creation grew naturally from a lifelong love of storytelling. Through podcasting and social media, she developed skills in filming, editing, branding, and audience engagement, always with a focus on authenticity over performance. At House of Locs, Mahogany specialises in behind-the-scenes capture, Reels and short-form video, transformation reveals, stylist features, client experience storytelling, event coverage, and brand-focused photography and video.
Known for making everyone in front of the camera feel comfortable and seen, her approach is simple: you don't have to perform. The best content happens when people are simply doing what they do best — and Mahogany is there to capture it. Her goal is to help the world see the real talent, personalities, and energy that make House of Locs special.
